Refunds are processed automatically. Money returns to the corporate balance — faster than waiting for a reversal on the original card.
What happens
- After a cancellation in Orders, a "refund" transaction appears under Finance.
- The balance grows by the refundable amount minus the supplier penalty, if any.
- Refund history is visible under Finance → Transactions.
Notes
Payout back to a bank account goes through your account manager. Direct payout from the UI is not wired yet.
