How to cancel a booking and what happens to the money.

Cancellation lives in Orders. Whether the "Cancel" button is active depends on the supplier fare.

Steps

  • Open the order in Orders.
  • Hit "Cancel" — the system shows the penalty (if any) and the refundable amount.
  • Confirm — funds return to the corporate balance as a dedicated "refund" transaction.

Notes

For complex cases — split PNR, group bookings, partial cancellation — write in the support chat. The team will handle it manually.
