Steps
- Open the order in Orders.
- Hit "Cancel" — the system shows the penalty (if any) and the refundable amount.
- Confirm — funds return to the corporate balance as a dedicated "refund" transaction.
Notes
For complex cases — split PNR, group bookings, partial cancellation — write in the support chat. The team will handle it manually.
