GetOffers has four user roles. Their permissions are fixed and enforced automatically.

Roles

  • admin — full access: company balance, orders, knowledge base.
  • company — corporate dashboard: bookings, employees, reports, balance.
  • ota — travel agency mode: selling to end clients, client cards and groups.
  • client — limited client-side access.

Notes

Switch between Corporate / OTA mode from the profile popover in the top-right corner. A role is assigned at signup and can only be changed by an admin.
