Top-ups go through Stripe. Funds land on the balance automatically right after a successful payment.
Steps
- Open Finance and click "Top up".
- Choose amount and currency.
- Pay on the secure Stripe page.
- Back in the app the balance updates and the transaction appears in history.
Notes
If the bank confirms the payment but the balance hasn't moved in 5 minutes — write to the support chat. Usually it's a Stripe delay and resolves automatically.
